MANAGING PARTNER AND CIO

Randall is the Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer of Reeds Bay Investment Group (“ReedsBay”), where he developed and oversees the firm’s investment process. In addition, Randall drives capital formation for the firm’s investment strategies. Launching ReedsBay is a mile marker on an inter-generational journey propelled by Randall’s curiosity, candor, persistence, and growth. In pursuit of excellence and impact, Randall draws on his diligence, process-orientation, competitiveness, and commitment to stewardship.

Prior to ReedsBay, Randall was a member of the acquisitions team at Madison International Realty, a New York-based real estate private equity firm with over $3.5 billion in assets under management. Randall led investment underwriting and capital raising efforts for more than $700 million of transactions throughout the United States and Europe. Randall started his post-MBA career at Deutsche Bank in the Real Estate Investment Banking group, where he structured and executed
financing solutions for real estate and hospitality clients. He also worked on the asset management team at PNC Realty Investors, which was responsible for making business and financial ownership decisions affecting $2.4 billion of commercial real estate, on behalf of its Limited Partner the AFLCIO.

Randall earned his master’s degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he concentrated in Real Estate and Corporate Finance. He holds a B.A. in Public Policy Studies from Duke University, where he was a Robertson Scholar and a varsity athlete. Randall completed the 2018 New York Marathon, several ½ marathons, and other competitive runs. He also hits the slopes regularly to channel his athletic drive and love for the outdoors.

Randall’s civic commitments include his service on the Boards of Trustees and Directors at the Haverford School and To Our Children Future with Health, respectively. Both are based in his
hometown of Philadelphia. He currently serves as an advisor for The Collective Investment Group, which makes impact-oriented real estate investments throughout Philadelphia. He also remains actively engaged as an alumnus of the Robertson Scholars Leadership Program, Robert Toigo Foundation, and Management Leadership for Tomorrow.
